Travel costs are not included in the session fee. If the photoshoot location is more than 30 km outside the city, all travel expenses must be covered by the client.

I value both your time and mine, and I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel the agreement at least 14 calendar days before the shoot date, the deposit can be applied toward a new photoshoot date, subject to mutual agreement. However, if the cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days of the shoot date, or if you do not show up for the photoshoot, the deposit will be retained. 

My goal is to ensure you have the best natural light for your photoshoot, whether in a studio or in open air. I schedule outdoor sessions based on sunrise and sunset times, allowing just enough time to capture the BEST light of the day.What I love most is seeing my clients happy and confident during the photoshoot. And good preparation is key to that confidence. I want to capture your portraits at their most authentic way, and being a little prepared definitely helps. I’ll guide you through natural poses and give direction throughout the session, so don’t worry if you’re not completely comfortable in front of the camera. I promise to do my best to capture you in a natural way, so you’ll have beautiful images to cherish for years to come.

I use a Canon R5 digital camera paired with my favorite 35mm and 50mm lenses. I always bring backups for my camera, lenses, and memory cards to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, I regularly service all my equipment to keep it in perfect working condition.

I approach the editing of each photoshoot with special attention to detail. On average, photo editing takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the intensity of the season.

For a one-person portrait session, you will typically receive from 30 high-resolution, fully edited photos, ready for printing, presented in an online viewing gallery. For couples or family sessions, the number of photos is naturally higher, ranging from to 70 to 100 high-resolution images with post-production.

The images included in the online gallery are a curated selection, chosen based on content and composition. I only include the highest-quality images from each setup and angle. Photos with blinking, unflattering expressions, or blurring are omitted. All final images are carefully color-corrected and adjusted for exposure before being added to the gallery.

As mentioned above, all final images are corrected for color and adjusted for exposure as part of the editing process. Basic retouching is also included, covering blemish removal, minor under-eye touch-ups, stray hair adjustments, and slight cropping if necessary. My goal is to ensure the photographs look natural and beautiful, with minimal retouching to maintain authenticity. These services are included in the package at no additional cost.

You can order a photo album featuring images from your photoshoot. You have the option to personally select the photos directly from the online gallery I will provide or entrust the selection process to me.

Then I custom design and lay out your album drafts to best narrate your beautiful story. When you receive the first draft, you have the opportunity to make revisions. These may include swapping images, omitting spreads or adding spreads. Once you have approved your draft layout, I edit the images for the last time and send you a final PDF to approve before proceeding to production. 

The production of a photo album typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after the design is approved. The exact timeline depends on the chosen album format and production workload. I will provide an estimated completion date when you place your order.
